Shipping Policy

• Purchases are shipped from our warehouses across the country by courier. Please allow the following number of  days from receipt of your order.

• Across India – 3 to 12 business days

• Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.

• Faunwalk.com takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

• Faunwalk.com is not responsible for damage after delivery.

• We use multiple courier partners to deliver our products pan India through delivery partners

• All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. (Write to us on info@mehakk.com).
